Delete your Go Testify account
You can ask us to delete your Go Testify Contribute account and the data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email support@gotestify.com from the email address you registered with.
- Use the subject line Delete my account.
- We will reply to confirm the request before anything is removed.
What is deleted
Once confirmed, we delete or anonymise within 30 days:
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender and country.
- Your playtest recordings, including screen and microphone captures.
- Your survey and task answers.
- Your support chat history.
What is kept
Data we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons is retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted. Anonymised playtest findings that can no longer identify you may be kept by the studio that ran the test.
Deleting specific data without closing your account
If you only want a particular recording or survey response removed, say so in your email and we will delete just that item.
