AI sub-processors
Our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Pinecone) are engaged on API-tier terms with zero data retention: customer data submitted for AI processing is not stored or retained by the provider beyond the immediate processing of each request, and is never used to train or improve their models. See our AI & Data Usage Policy for full details.
International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the UK or EEA in a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum — as set out in Exhibit 2 of our Data Processing Addendum.
