What personal data do we collect?

AI-assisted analysis
We use artificial intelligence technologies to help deliver our services — for example, to transcribe testing sessions and to generate summaries, themes and insights from video, audio, transcript and survey data.
When we do this:
- Data is processed by our approved AI providers (currently OpenAI, Anthropic and Pinecone) under zero data retention agreements — your data is not stored by the provider beyond the immediate processing of each request.
- Your data is never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
- AI-generated outputs are reviewed by humans, and data from different customers' tests is never combined.

Automated decision-making
We do not make any legally significant decisions about individuals based solely on automated decision making. AI-assisted analysis of testing sessions is used to generate summaries and insights for our customers and is subject to human review; it is not used to make automated decisions about individuals.

International transfers
We routinely transfer personal data outside of the UK. You will not be treated differently or discriminated against for exercising any of your rights.
Marketing
If you are one of our participants, our customers or have otherwise agreed to be contacted for marketing purposes we may use your personal information to send you information about us and our services. For example, we will use the contact details of our participants to advise them of any upcoming tests that they may wish to participate in. You can unsubscribe from receiving these communications at any time and details of how to unsubscribe will be included in any marketing communications we send you. You also have the option of "unsubscribing" from our mailing list at any time thereby disabling any further such e-mail or other communication from being sent to you by emailing support@gotestify.com.
We will action any opt-out request from you as soon as we can.
Data retention

If you do not provide personal data
Where we need personal data for an agreement with you and you do not provide personal data, we may not be able to perform the agreement. In this case, we may have to cancel your access to our services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. Such measures will be appropriate to the nature of the data concerned and the level of risk. If you have been provided with a password to access any of our services you should not share that password with anyone else.

Cookies and similar technologies
For our website to function properly we use cookies. To obtain your valid consent for the use and storage of cookies in the browser you use to access our website and to properly document this we use a consent management platform: CookieFirst. This technology is provided by Digital Data Solutions BV, Plantage Middenlaan 42a, 1018 DH, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Website: https://cookiefirst.com referred to as CookieFirst.
When you access our website, a connection is established with CookieFirst's server to give us the possibility to obtain valid consent from you to the use of certain cookies. Cookie Data processing agreement
We have concluded a data processing agreement with CookieFirst. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Our website and CookieFirst automatically collect and store information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. The following data is collected:
